1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The IT Hustle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The IT Hustle provides:

• Free Tools: 30 browser-based utilities for productivity, development, and business tasks (no signup required)
• AI Prompt Engine: Subscription-based service for generating anti-hallucination prompts (requires account)
• Prompt Packs: One-time purchases of curated prompt templates

3. User Accounts

For the AI Prompt Engine, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Terms

Free Tier: 3 free AI prompt generations, then requires subscription.

Paid Subscriptions:

• Monthly: $9.99/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Annual: $79.99/year, billed annually
• Lifetime: $199 one-time payment, permanent access

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for 6 months.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we'll retry for 7 days. After that, your subscription will be canceled and access will be revoked.

6. Refund Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
• Annual Subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, no refunds.
• Lifetime: 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, no refunds.
• Prompt Packs: Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Scrape, spider, or automate access to the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All content, tools, code, and AI methodology are proprietary to Salty Rantz LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without written permission.

Your Content: Prompts you generate with our AI Prompt Engine belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your output.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Complete accuracy of AI-generated prompts
• Specific results or outcomes from using our tools

YOU USE OUR TOOLS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via account settings.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Nevada courts.
